I got alar reduction! I had it done with internal and external incisions, and now it’s been a month. I really like it. The nostrils that used to spread outward have been neatly refined inward, and the scars are barely visible I think it’s nice because photos come out pretty. They designed it meticulously, and during surgery they explained things here and there, so I felt less nervous. Does the nasal tip feel slightly more defined too? I honestly saw a lot of posts saying alar reduction is mainly for self-satisfaction, but I think I’m really satisfied
