1. ㄷㄷㅇ (ㅗㅓㅓ) I went on a weekday, so there wasn’t a single person there, and after filling out the information, they took photos. I consulted with the counseling manager right away and then talked with Director ㅇㅈㅎ. They said that because my nostrils are small and my skin is thick, making it very high would be difficult. While looking at the photos, they also drew the nasal height for me. They said autologous costal cartilage (250) or donated rib cartilage (100) would be used during surgery if needed. They recommended incision for a hump nose and silicone that is not too high. Since I have protruding lips, they said they would also adjust the nasolabial angle.
The consultation was generally kind, but it seemed like the style where they answer only if you bring questions.

2. ㅇㅍㄹㅅㅇㅇ In a word, the director wasn’t that kind. It felt like they were somewhat annoyed? I had a CT and photos taken, and they recommended a no-implant procedure. I want my nose to be a bit higher, but I passed because I was afraid the no-implant method wouldn’t give the design I wanted. But while looking at my CT here, they said there was a slight crack in my nose. But other places didn’t mention it..
3. ㅂㄷㄴ The hospital atmosphere was good. Should I say it felt warm? Here too, they took photos and a CT. I first consulted with the counseling manager? and they seemed to have pride in the hospital’s skills. Unlike other hospitals, the AS period was 2 years, and the aftercare was good too, so I was leaning toward it a bit. But after the consultation, while waiting for the director, I think I waited in the room for over 30 minutes. But the moment I saw the director, that went away. They had a very gentle impression and gave a kind consultation, so the waiting wasn’t an issue. They told me I have columellar retraction, so they suggested lengthening the columella, lifting the nasal alae, and putting in osteotomy plus silicone for the nasal bridge. The price is on the high side. Still, it’s a hospital I’m drawn to
4. ㄷㄷㅇ (ㅣㅔㅣ) There weren’t people here either, so I pretty much took photos/CT and went straight into the consultation. Since it’s not that I don’t have septal cartilage, they said they would use enough of it, and if it wasn’t enough, they’d recommend costal cartilage. I have a slight hump nose, and they said incising that part would be risky, so they suggested shaving it slightly and covering it with silicone. So they said a slight hump could remain. This was the first hospital that touched my nose, told me approximately how many degrees it was deviated, and shaped my nose with a cotton swab. There was no consultation fee either, and they were the final boss of kindness
5. Ondo I went because I have a pretty severe protruding mouth and wanted protruding-mouth nasolabial angle correction, but there they kept adding more and more things.. So the total amount was extremely expensive..
My case is a bulbous nose with a slight hump and protruding lips, so I’m looking for a place that does nasolabial angle correction, and I’m debating between 3 and 4.. What does everyone think?? Choosing a hospital is really so hard
