Revision rhinoplasty review

I had nose surgery with ear cartilage 7 years ago, but my nasal tip drooped, so I had revision rhinoplasty. My older brother also had nose surgery, and after seeing that his result here was good, I got surgery right away too lol On the day of surgery, because it was done with autologous costal cartilage, the pain and the nasal packing made it really hard to breathe. After the packing was removed, it became a bit more bearable. Other than that, there wasn’t really anything uncomfortable. Compared to week 1, the swelling in my face has gone down a lot, and I had no bruising from the beginning. It’s been about 3 weeks now, and the nose line looks natural and I like it. I also had nostril lowering done together, and at first, maybe because of the swelling, I wondered, did asymmetry develop on both sides? But they said it could be because of swelling, so I left it alone, and it gradually evened out lol I’m relieved. I hope the remaining minor swelling goes away quickly too ~
