Everything else on my face was fine, but my nose was really the ugly duckling, a chubby lump Every time I took photos, I checked my nose first, and if I was going to post anything, I always Photoshop-ed my nose. But after nose surgery, my confidence really went up. It feels like it came out exactly the way I wanted, so I’m happy. The director consulted with me in such a professional way, and I guess that confidence was well-founded after all. I had it done with autologous costal cartilage, and the nose line was shaped really beautifully too
