I always thought I should get rhinoplasty once I was discharged from the military, but it's already been almost a year since discharge, and it's been 9 months since the surgery. I think I've fully entered the stable period, so I'm doing well without having to be especially careful or worry about it. Even if I drink alcohol every day, my nose doesn't start hurting or get inflamed. Every time I came out on leave, I met acquaintances who had rhinoplasty and studied noses in my own way before getting the surgery, and I'm seriously so satisfied lol I liked noses that looked moderately natural and masculine rather than overly high, and I think they shaped it well into a straight line. For materials, silicone was used for the nasal bridge and septal cartilage was used for the nasal tip. When I see acquaintances after a long time, they just don't notice. They only say my face looks better after getting discharged from the military.
