I had my eyes and nose done together by Director Kim Jin-hyung at Sugar Plastic Surgery! Before surgery, I was really worried about what if I woke up in the middle or what if it hurt a lot after waking up, but I closed and opened my eyes and it was over. Other than feeling extremely stuffy because I couldn’t breathe, there was no pain at all. I barely had any bruising or swelling too! I was also really worried about what if my ear became deformed, but there was none at all I’m wearing AirPods just fine. Overall, I think the surgery was done cleanly.
1) Front/upper epicanthoplasty I was so scared it would hurt when removing the stitches for the front/upper epicanthoplasty, but it didn’t hurt much! After the stitches were removed, my friend said my eyes were amazing and that the doctor shaped them like a work of art Even when I look at them, my eyes turned out so well that I really thought I was glad I did it. My line changed from an in-out line to a semi-out line, and my eyes got bigger overall, so I’m totally satisfied,, I don’t think I’ll need to touch my eyes anymore! Other than the redness at the inner corners, there are no scars. I told them I wanted the inner corners opened up refreshingly without making them pointy, and I think they did the style I wanted well hehe.
2) Rhinoplasty (septal cartilage, ear cartilage, 3.5 mm silicone, hump nose, bulbous nose correction) I had rhinoplasty because I was stressed about my bulbous nose and having no nasal bridge at the glabella. I told the director to make it somewhere between natural-fancy and fancy, within what my nose could support, and proceeded that way! After surgery, I heard a lot that I looked elegant and sophisticated When I take side-profile photos and compare them with before, I really do look more sophisticated... Before, I had a cute look. After doing my nose, I feel like I became noticeably more glamorous and pretty. Also, I didn’t know before surgery, but the director said that when he opened my nose, my septum was quite deviated. He corrected that too (somehow I ended up correcting a deviated septum as well,, thank you, Director ^^), and breathing definitely feels much clearer..
As the parts I was dissatisfied with in my old face have improved, my satisfaction grows more and more each day,,
