May 16 surgery (same day) Today was day 1, I went in for a visit and had the cotton removed! Maybe because I have rhinitis, I already couldn’t breathe well through my nose, so I don’t think I had either feeling miserable because of the cotton or being in terrible pain after the anesthesia wore off. After the anesthesia wore off, as soon as I opened my eyes, I said I was hungry. (I saw a lot of reviews saying they had no appetite, but my appetite is overflowing.) The region is Daegu, and the surgery was also in Daegu! I had consultations at two places, and the second hospital was more thorough about indemnity insurance matters and price-wise too, the consultant was kind, and the director’s consultation had no overtreatment and no pushing, so I decided to have surgery there! (It was also close to home.)
I had functional rhinoplasty without an implant. For deviated septum and other allergic rhinitis, we decided to file an indemnity insurance claim, and they said a discount was applied because it was functional & cosmetic! They used septal cartilage and ear cartilage for the nasal tip, and said they would align the trimmed hooked nose with the nasal tip line! (I didn’t put in silicone.)

Day 6 (one week after surgery) Day to remove stitches and the splint I heard this explanation today!
