After after before I got nose surgery because I was concerned about my bulbous nose and short nose, and now I'm 10 months post-op, still living satisfied with the surgery with no change. I'm so used to my current nose that I have to look at photos to remember my old nose, and now it feels like my own nose lolol Since the surgery, my self-esteem has also gone up a lot, so taking photos is fun, and I'm happy every time people say it's pretty. And thankfully, there is no nasal tip drooping or side effects, so now there is nothing special I need to manage. I think I just need to be careful with my nose lol The director accurately understood my needs and reflected my opinions when designing my nose, so I really think that's why my satisfaction is this high. I saw that bulbous nose surgery often doesn't improve if it's done poorly, but I think I was really lucky
