Hi! I had nose removal surgery about a month ago. The removed parts were a 3 mm silicone implant, ear cartilage in the nose tip, ear cartilage columella support, scar tissue, and a capsule. And I had previously had septal extension grafting, and this time they removed the septal extension graft, but they said they did not throw away the removed septal cartilage and instead used it as material to reinforce the septum. It has now been just a little over one month and one week exactly, and I am worried about a slightly raised uphill-like shape forming starting from the middle part of my nose as it goes downward... Is it because they did not remove all of the septal extension graft? Or is it simply swelling? Or is it because they reinforced the septum? I am curious about the reason
