Hi! I had nasal removal surgery about a month ago. The removed parts were a 3 mm silicone implant, tip ear cartilage, ear cartilage columellar strut, scar tissue, and capsule. I also previously had septal extension grafting, and this time they said they removed the septal extension graft, but did not discard the removed septal cartilage and used it as material to reinforce the septum. It has been just a little over one month and one week exactly, and I am bothered by a slightly raised slope or hump from the middle part down from the nose... Is that because not all of the septal extension graft was removed? Or is it simply swelling? Or is it because of the septal reinforcement? I am curious about the reason
