Hello, I’m two months into living my best life after male nose revision surgery at [Clinic A]! For my first surgery, I didn’t know much and only asked them to make it natural, which I have regretted ever since. Even after trying it once, I didn’t feel at ease, and the burden of needing revision surgery was huge. But I only get one life, and I didn’t want to keep living with a nose I found hard to look at, gradually losing confidence. I discussed my desired look with Director Kim Dae-hwa at [Clinic A] and emphasized height as much as possible. So I decided to have nose revision surgery with a 3D custom implant for the bridge and autologous costal cartilage. For about a week right after surgery, there was quite a bit of swelling as expected, but [Clinic A] has good aftercare, and after receiving periodical care properly, the swelling went down well. Now, two months in, the major swelling has gone and the residual swelling keeps going down. I asked Director Kim Dae-hwa to raise it as much as possible, and he lifted it to the height I wanted and shaped the line nicely, so I’m happy. Before the revision, I looked old and it bothered me, but these days that stress has decreased and I feel a bit more confident. Not only my friends but also my family say I look much more human than before. It felt like the time I spent worrying was wasted. The autologous costal cartilage scar is still there, but I go to [Clinic A] for follow-up checks and get scar care there too, so I think it will get even better. As the swelling keeps going down and things settle, I’m looking forward to how I’ll look, so I check my face in the mirror every day.
