Before-before-after-after-after I went ahead with the surgery because I was concerned about asymmetry that showed in photos! While searching hard for reviews, the oral and maxillofacial clinic felt the most trustworthy, and I was satisfied with the surgery reviews too, so I decided right away to proceed with two-jaw surgery and 3 types of facial contouring (cheekbones, square jaw, front chin)!
Now a lot of the swelling has really gone down, and before I knew it, 6 months have already passed..! As expected, living busily in daily life makes time feel like it goes by quickly...? After surgery, I'm living very satisfied! As the swelling has gone down a lot, the stiffness in my face has gradually disappeared, and what's really amazing is that my side profile improved the most. People around me say I became prettier so naturally that they don't think I had surgery lol!! I'm satisfied. Now I can eat a wider variety of foods, eat meat and drink alcohol as much as I want, and I've regained my health too! I'm also doing orthodontic treatment with Invisalign (clear aligners), so I take them out and put them back in. It was difficult at first, but now I'm an aligner master.. I go to the hospital once a month for treatment, and the teachers always take kind and good care of me whenever I go, so I really like it! I still feel that some residual swelling remains, so I think I'll be even more satisfied going forward. If there's anything I regret, it's that I couldn't do it a little earlier? I think it's so nice that I can leave pretty photos of myself while I'm even one year younger and prettier! Now I confidently go around with my hair all pulled back and even in a bun!! lol Now I also really like photos that other people take of me. Everyone, don't think about it for too long; I recommend giving it a try while you have the courage! :)
