I had Nose Beam before, and since it seemed like a low-burden procedure, I just went ahead without thinking much about it. It did not improve my bulbous nose at all, so as part of the aftercare I had Megaderm added and had revision surgery. During that process, the thin cartilage in the middle of my nose broke and protruded. It is not in a very visible spot, so I did not want another surgery and let it go, but later cartilage deformation started happening in another area. After the revision surgery, the recovery room did not really feel like a place where you could rest properly, and during the first surgery there had also been a near miss where the stitch removal and disinfection (?) of the area that used cartilage behind the ear was almost skipped, so the whole thing felt disorganized. The price was low, but I cannot recommend it.
