Before-before-after-after I had rhinoplasty at B The New, and it’s been over a month. I wanted the most glamorous nose among natural-looking noses, so I told the director, and with a 4 mm septum + cartilage, I had functional nose surgery and cosmetic nose surgery together.
It was ‘nasal tip + hump osteotomy + rhinitis surgery + fat grafting’ like this.
There’s still some residual swelling, but from right after surgery, I didn’t have much major swelling. I also had fat grafting done together. Before doing it, my nose had a drooping nasal tip, and although it wasn’t severe, I also had a hump.
The drooping nasal tip was the most stressful part. So when I took photos, it fell in a straight line that bent a little downward
The surgical result was a slightly more natural nose than I had expected, but I disliked the pointed and very obvious Gangnam-style nose, so I’m actually satisfied.
After surgery, except for the first day (my nose was blocked with cotton, so I couldn’t breathe) and about days 3 to 5 (the inside of my nose was swollen), when breathing was difficult, everything else was okay~!!
It’s only been one month now, so it does feel a bit bulky, but when I do makeup, it’s okay if I cover it with contouring. I’m waiting for the residual swelling to hurry up and go down haha
