This is my review as I’m coming up on exactly 1 year since getting LASEK. I was most worried about dry eye syndrome, but it isn’t as severe as I had feared. I do notice some nighttime glare, and my vision improved from 0.1 and 0.2 in both eyes to 1.2 and 1.2, so I think I need to take good care of it to maintain it.
The advantage is that I no longer have to wear glasses or contact lenses. The disadvantage is that I can’t wear contact lenses.....^^

If possible, I recommend SMILE LASIK... LASEK hurts so much even after the surgery, and I lived for 3 days with the lights off, crying and with my nose running.. There’s also a lot to take care of, so it’s really cumbersome and annoying.
