I lived with a blunt nose for years, and finally had my nose surgery done haha..! My bridge was relatively slim, but I disliked that it was low and looked wide. I also had severe rhinitis, with alternating blockage in both nostrils, and it was a mess -_-... I woke up because my nose was blocked while sleeping more times than I could count.
At first, since the functional problem was so inconvenient, I considered having only rhinitis surgery at a local ENT clinic. But I was also concerned about the shape of my nose, so I decided to get a consultation for both at once. I searched very carefully through this community for a place that was good at both functional and cosmetic surgery 🥹. The more reviews I looked at, the more I realized there is no place with only beautiful reviews...?
I wanted to raise my nose naturally and hoped for a slim nasal tip. I found a nose with the look I wanted in a review from G&G Hospital, so I decided this was the place and visited. I had surgery with Director [Doctor A]. During the consultation, he said my nasal bridge was currently low, and that using a custom-made silicone implant would look much more natural for balancing it with the nasal tip I wanted. The review I had gone to see was also from someone who had used a custom implant, so I agreed.
I had custom silicone fabrication, septoplasty, osteotomy, and functional rhinoplasty. I’m so happy that my chronic rhinitis disappeared haha. The shape of my nose also turned out so pretty!! These days I’m glad I don’t have to spend much time in Photoshop anymore.. lol
