This is my three- to four-month review of implant-free rhinoplasty for improving my frontal appearance! I had nasal bone osteotomy, alar reduction, and used ear cartilage and septal cartilage for the tip. I also had a slight dorsal hump, but because it was implant-free and I did not want even a little shaved off, I asked not to have it done. The doctor readily agreed and filled the step-off well, so I am satisfied. In person, the difference is greater than in the photos. At one month, I thought a lot of swelling had already gone down, but as everyone said, I can really feel the residual swelling continuing to decrease! I wanted a natural change that would not look like I had surgery, and I am very satisfied. I have even heard people say my nose is pretty, something I had never heard before, so I feel even happier!
