The consultant manager? was so kind and seemed very competent and sharp at her job. When I asked various questions, she thought about them honestly and answered me. Her handwriting was also so pretty (I think a person’s character shows in their handwriting.. haha)
The staff member..? who took care of me when removing the nasal splint, taking out the cotton, removing stitches, etc. was also so kind and made me feel comfortable. It was even a little fun
I didn’t choose this hospital because the staff were kind, I went to make a reservation because it was a hospital I had picked on my own while browsing review photos from about 3 years ago.
The most important thing, my nose condition, is still only at one week, so if it seems to settle well later, I’ll upload photos! I feel relieved after finally fulfilling a long-held wish!
