I found this place through a Google search, so I added it to my list for nose surgery consultations and went in.
From the perspective of an older director, I may have looked like a student or a kid, but I felt it was not right that he used casual speech during the consultation and seemed to want to finish it quickly.
I never thought I would be spoken to that way as an adult, especially not in a hospital or anywhere like that, since even as a teenager I had never heard such casual speech.
