No matter how much time you set aside for consultation, you still have to wait ridiculously long. It was packed like a market, really... The staff were kind, but a bit stupid. For quick cheekbone reduction, you’re supposed to do the design before going into the operating room, but they forgot, and I was already lying on the operating table when they started getting irritated and scolding each other for not doing the design. I was already sensitive and worried, so making me care about even the smallest things on the day of surgery was very disappointing. The director wasn't completely kind during the consultation either, and when I was checking the progress after surgery, it felt like they were just giving it a cursory look... When I was anxious because of the swelling, they couldn't even reassure me, and instead acted indifferent... The surgery didn't fail, but I’m not super satisfied either. It feels like a huge factory here.
