No matter what consultation time you set, you end up waiting ridiculously long. It’s packed like a market, seriously,, the staff were kind, but a bit dumb. Before the quick cheekbone surgery, they were supposed to do the design and then go into the operating room, but they forgot that, and I was already lying on the operating table when they started scolding each other for why they hadn’t done the design. I was already nervous and worried, and on top of that they made me worry about every little thing on the day of surgery, so I was extremely disappointed. Even during the consultation, the director wasn’t completely kind, and when I checked the progress after surgery, it felt like they were just looking at it carelessly.. When I was anxious because of the swelling, they couldn’t reassure me, and instead were indifferent.. The surgery didn’t fail, but I’m not hugely satisfied either. It feels like a big factory here.
