I had a consultation with Director [Doctor A], and he was so cold... There wasn't even a single thought of trusting him with contour surgery. What did catch my eye more were the friendly staff there. I was a little tempted by the consultation manager and the price, but honestly, even thinking about it again, he spoke in such short, blunt answers that I felt communication would break down, and it seemed obvious that satisfaction would drop if I had surgery without being able to communicate. Anyway, that's how it was!
