Among the clinics I’ve been to, the counseling manager was the kindest. There was quite a long wait because a lot of people were there, and usually in busy places the counseling manager tends to be a bit rude, but she was so kind that I actually felt bad saying I was just looking around and leaving. I got consulted by someone other than the chief director, and that person was extremely thorough.
