I had Pico laser four times, and every time I also got vitamin care because they said it would have a synergistic effect. The first two times, I think the doctor who fired the laser was different. It seems like you can't really request a specific doctor there, so the laser technique and skill seem to vary depending on who does it. T_T But the last two times, the same male doctor handled it well.
