First of all, the consultation manager did not pressure me to book and really felt like she was listening and advising me sincerely for the sake of my surgery, so I felt at ease. However, even though it was not a busy time, the doctor’s consultation just seemed like they were quickly fitting my nose into one of the pre-set surgical methods, without really listening much to my needs. I got worried they would just make it into that hospital’s usual nose style, so I backed out right away.
