Review on Day 12 After Nose Surgery

Before<Before surgery>Before<Before surgery>This is my review on day 12 after nose surgery. I used 4 mm silicone + ear cartilage (nasal tip). My motto was to make it as natural as possible, and on top of that, I wanted to improve my short, low nose and make the nasal tip slim and refined. In the end, I’m very satisfied with the surgical result! As the swelling has gradually gone down, my nose has become slimmer, and the line is natural and pretty.

Before surgery, I went to consultations at about 6 places and had a lot of concerns. I chose the hospital I went to because the director did not recommend excessive surgery and seemed to understand the nose I wanted the best. Since it’s a clinic run by one director, I feel like the care is more attentive too. They also kept asking me to come in, made several appointments, and handled phone or KakaoTalk consultations well without making me wait, so I felt reassured.

Some famous large hospitals recommended methods using everything from silicone, septal cartilage, ear cartilage, to costal cartilage even though it was my first surgery. I didn’t know if that method suited me, and it felt like a factory-style system? Also, when I thought about the possibility, just in case, of revision surgery, I got worried about what materials should be used.. For various reasons, I recommend a private clinic.

Previously, I also posted day 4 and day 7 photos in the surgery recovery room posts, and the reason I didn’t mention the hospital name in the comments was because I wanted to tell people once I was definitely satisfied with my result. I’m still not sure whether day 12 is the stage to share it. I think you only know after about one month..!! So I kept it private. With nose surgery, there are so many posts only about side effects that I was also very anxious until I decided on surgery. I think a big part of it is that people without side effects tend to be less active.. So I’m going to keep posting reviews about whether I’m living well and prettily without side effects, or whether I end up having revision surgery because of side effects. Even months or years later, if I have no side effects, I’ll definitely come back and post a review!

Thank you for reading this long post.
