My upturned nose and short nose were my biggest complexes, so I made those the top priority and proceeded. I also had the slight hump and lateral osteotomy done at the same time! The materials used were ear cartilage, septum, and silicone. It has only been 1 week, so I need to watch a little longer, but contrary to what I expected, the bruising and swelling seem to have gone down quickly, and it seems to have come out in the shape I wanted. lol
