Follow-up consultation review after shopping around for rhinoplasty

At my first consultation, I had a good impression because the surgical expectations seemed good and the director was kind, but I put it on hold because I was scared about rhinoplasty. About 3 months later, I felt like doing it again, so I asked if a follow-up consultation was possible. They said it would cost 50,000 won, so I was hesitating because it felt burdensome, but when I asked the manager in charge, they said they would provide it as a service if I booked surgery. Since I had almost decided on this hospital, I made an appointment for a second consultation and visited. And as soon as I arrived, they asked if I had another appointment after this, so I said no. Then they said I would probably have to wait about 1 hour and 30 minutes, so I said that would be a bit difficult. They said they would do it a little earlier, but then they just kept leaving me in the room. After waiting about 30-40 minutes, the director came in, so I said the nose shape I wanted had changed and I wanted it a bit more glamorous, and asked, “Can it be done with septal cartilage? Do I need donated costal cartilage?” They said, “I think it will be more than enough,” and left right away, after about 1 minute;; Then the manager came in and asked when I would set the date. I was trying to ask about the nose design for about 2-3 minutes because I had not been able to ask the director, but they kept pushing me about when I would set the date, and basically said that if I was not going to set a date, I should pay the 50,000 won follow-up consultation fee and leave, so I paid the 50,000 won and left. Of course I came even though there was a follow-up consultation fee because I wanted to have surgery here. I had been anxious about my nose and came to ask questions I could not ask at the first consultation, but if they were going to make someone wait all day and only give a 1-minute consultation, I do not know why they charged a follow-up consultation fee or why they told me to come. So for people going around for rhinoplasty consultations, avoid follow-up consultations if possible. They are not going to take proper care of you just because they already saw you once, so why make people come and go like this? Or is it just this hospital? I wasted 3 hours round trip and 50,000 won ㅎㅌ
