2-month review after revision rhinoplasty with autologous costal cartilage

Previously, I had surgery using septal cartilage and ear cartilage without an implant, and after 6 months, the nasal tip gradually became blunt and drooped downward, so I decided to have revision surgery. I wanted my nose to look more glamorous than after the first surgery, and I preferred a straight-to-curved line, so I went to consultations at 3 places. The reason I ended up having revision surgery here was that the other 2 places said I needed bulbous nose correction, but even in my own view, my skin is on the thin side, and the director at this hospital said that because my skin is thin, the cartilage could show through, so I did not need to have bulbous nose correction.
