I had surgery twice at ㅇㅇㄹㅁ, but the bridge of my nose somehow felt a bit unstable, and I wanted it to look more glamorous, so I had surgery at ㄴㅈㄹ, where all my acquaintances around me had successful results. Since it was my third surgery, they said we should do it safely, so they used costal cartilage. After removing the splint, I was quite satisfied, but it looked too crooked, so I told the consultation manager. They said, didn’t we say from the consultation that it might need to be corrected again, and that it would be enough to simply operate again, so they operated on me again. At first it was okay, but it gradually became thinner and thinner until my nose was just too thin and pointy.. When I went back to the hospital for a consultation, they suggested adding dermis. They said they would only charge me for the material cost, but because they didn’t know how much would be absorbed, they said it wasn’t a surgery they recommended. Still, I hated my thin nose so much that I had the surgery. They just added dermis on top of the existing silicone and rib cartilage. I think about 40 percent engrafted. It definitely became a little thicker than if I hadn’t done it. I’m living with it somehow, but I’m not happy with the shape of the nasal tip, so I’m thinking about revision surgery at another hospital
