Double-eyelid consults for eyelid crease revision

Ilmilli - I was worried because I heard the wait was long, but I really waited an hour,, I hadn’t packed all my consultations into one day (I didn’t have another appointment after this), so it was bearable, but usually people book 3 to 4 places in one day, right? Then I’d recommend making this the last stop,, - I said I wanted a semi-out look, and the director shaped it for me, but said my inner corners are blocked so if I do a semi-out look with my current eyes, it’ll all get swallowed up > they said it would naturally become an in-out shape - The method is to open the front a bit and aim for a semi-out line, but my eyes aren’t especially far apart, so the canthoplasty shouldn’t be too much either. It’s not a hard case for a first surgery, but they did say it’s a tricky set of eyes,, - The director is a bit strong-willed in their opinions, but because they explain the reasons while saying it, it didn’t sound bad. If my aesthetic preference is different, though, it might be hard,, - They recommend doing ptosis correction together, but said they can omit it if I don’t want it - Partial incision, epicanthoplasty, ptosis correction (optional) - I liked the line they drew for me and the director’s consultation because both showed professionalism, but the wait here is really,, I was a little worried that even after surgery it might be like this

Louvre - There were a lot of people here too. I went on a different day from the previous clinic, but maybe because I only visited popular places, the waiting area was packed with people. Still, after waiting about 10 minutes here, I was consulted right away,, - They said it’s true my inner corners are blocked, but canthoplasty is ultimately mostly the patient’s choice, and the director explained that they were giving advice to match my desired eye line as closely as possible while drawing the line for me - I asked not only about semi-out but also other lines, and they directly drew the lines for me and explained with sketches. But after trying it, I’m definitely a semi-out person,, - The director also clearly said that if I’m going to do semi-out, they recommend combining it with epicanthoplasty. If I’m worried that the canthoplasty will make the eyes look too flashy, they said to make the double-eyelid line itself thin and place it just slightly away from the inner corner of the eye - When I explained it verbally, it was something like this;;; the director explained it while drawing, so it made sense quickly, like, oh, I see - Incision, epicanthoplasty - They said ptosis correction isn’t necessary. My eyelid skin isn’t especially thin, but the eyelids are lax, so they said the line needs to be fixed with incision. They were very kind and explained things in detail, so it was really helpful

I was going to go to three places, but the schedule didn’t line up, so I only went to two, and even with just that I was drained,, I am a bit torn because of the canthoplasty I hadn’t even thought about, but I was satisfied with the consultations themselves, so I think I’ll have surgery at one of the two places,,
