Looking at my pre-op photos, I had a slight hump and it wasn’t a nose I was extremely satisfied with. In Busan, this clinic is famous, and people I know all had it done here too, and the shapes are honestly all so pretty.
I had a consultation too and decided on this place right away. Since I already had some nasal bridge height, I used septal cartilage + ear cartilage + donated costal cartilage The doctor explained the materials so well that I trusted him and left it to him.
After rhinoplasty, a bucket hat is essential!! If you use ear cartilage, they wrap your ear too, so I recommend going home wearing a bucket hat and an extra-large mask After I got home, I lay down with my head a bit elevated and kept doing cold compresses. Breathing was kind of tough on the day of surgery; It didn’t hurt, but the discomfort was really big, and I slept with the chair reclined a bit.
From day 7, after removing the splint, I finally felt alive again. When I saw the line right after taking off the splint, the dopamine rush was insane I immediately felt like, so this is happiness. It was so pretty I took photos while going home after removing the splint and stitches, and I really liked it so much. Even though there was swelling, the shape was pretty, so I was surprised. But they said my swelling wasn’t on the severe side.
