Seriously, even to me, just looking at the before-and-after difference, I could mistake myself for a different person… I’m realizing once again that the nose really has a huge impact on the face.
My nasal bridge wasn’t exactly low, but I had a bumpy hump, and when you looked at my nasal tip, it was such a huge bulbous nose that I wondered if it could really be this blunt; Honestly, I couldn’t stand not getting nose surgery, so I started looking right away.

Since it was my first surgery, and if possible I didn’t want to use costal cartilage, the director said the nasal bridge could be improved with silicone and the nasal tip with septal cartilage and ear cartilage, and I also had alar reduction at the same time.
The nasal bridge definitely looks smooth, and I think the nasal tip came out really slim and nice. For people with bulbous noses, the biggest concern is probably whether the bulbous look improves from the front too, and even from the front it came out slim, so I’m really satisfied. As time passes and the remaining swelling goes down more and it settles into place, I think it’ll look much prettier..
