After going to 4 consultations for revision surgery on my crooked nose, I’m now deciding between two places.
When I had my first surgery, many places did say I should have osteotomy, but the hospital where I ultimately decided to have surgery said osteotomy was a major surgery and told me there was no need to do it, so I didn’t, and it was a total failureㅠㅠ
I’m planning revision surgery with osteotomy, silicone, and autologous costal cartilage. Where would be good...ㅠ
1. ㄹㅅㅌ Plastic Surgery, Director ㅊㅈㅎ He quickly understood what style I wanted and clearly pointed out the problems. No useless pressure or stubbornness, and his style is to match things while considering harmony as much as possible within a safe range. I liked the nose shapes I saw in the reviews, but he said that with my current nose, it would probably be better not to make it much higher, so I’m worried.. He said it can be made higher, but overall, only the nose could end up standing out...ㅠ
2. ㅁㅇㄷ Plastic Surgery, Director ㅇㄱㅇ He asked what style I wanted and adjusted the plan in detail. With the CT and photos too, he was the type to examine even the inside of the nostrils very thoroughlyㅋㅋㅋ I liked the consultation with the director and all the staff, but overall it also feels like the director has a set style.. I’m debating because it feels a bit like surgery is done within that framework ㅠㅠ
