Everyone, I had only been reading and occasionally commenting, but yesterday I finally had surgery at ㅋㅇㅍㄹㅅ with ㄱㅅㅇ. There was an event, so it wasn't quite ten million won, and they discounted it quite a lot.
My first surgery was done with autologous/donated tissue, so removing those this time during the revision surgery was extremely difficult... The revision surgery took over a full 4 hours. Silicone is at least easy to remove, but this was the first time I learned that human tissue adheres and makes revision surgery harder...ㅠㅠ (Please choose carefully and cautiously for your first surgery... I had my first surgery a long time ago at Asan Medical Center, from none other than the head of the ENT department, and this mess happened.)
I was not fully awake from sedation, so my memory is a bit hazy, but yesterday near the end of the surgery, before taping, after they gave something like an injection(?) around my eyes, they squeezed out blood and swelling like crazy;;
It hurt so much that it felt like the kind of squeezing that might twist the nasal silicone... Yesterday I wondered, why on earth are they doing this(?) What if it gets crooked? But today, day 1, there is almost no swelling, and since I had surgery while on my period, I thought I would have a lot of bruising and bleeding, but for now the bruises are already gradually fading into yellow bruises. (Outside the frame of the photos I uploaded, there is neither bruising nor swelling!!)
I don't feel any pain at all along the nasal bridge, but the area where they put ear cartilage in the nasal tip and the area where they removed ear cartilage really hurt. Seriously, wow, I couldn't sleep.
They say day 2 after surgery is when swelling is the worst... Do you think I'll swell more tomorrow?
And my columella isn't straightㅜㅠ Surely this isn't ruined again, right? Is it strange to expect the nose shape to be straight on day 1?
Is there anyone besides me who had surgery at Apgujeong ㅋㅇㅍㅇㅅ? I've already had the surgery, but... maybe because I'm anxious, I'm curious how the progress went for other people who had it done here.
