I had an alar reduction through an incision, and from the day of surgery until the day the cotton packing was removed, the incision site kept stinging and hurting. They said if there’s persistent pain, you should suspect inflammation, so on the day I went to get the cotton removed, I asked them to check whether there was any inflammation. They said there was absolutely none, so I thought, oh, that’s a relief, and came home, but inflammation appeared exactly in the area I had been worried about...;; It’s not red, but white-ish..? Inflammation has come up, and it hurts so much if I touch it with a cotton swab.. I’ve left a message with the clinic for now, but inflammation won’t cause contracture or anything like that, right? Ha, I’m getting so stressed because of nose surgery...
