I had my nasal tip raised with autologous cartilage, an incisional nostril reduction, and 0.5 cc of nasolabial fold filler on each side. But my nasal tip looks way too upturned and my anterior cheeks have gotten so puffy that I look like some kind of monkey with deep cheek fat... I feel like my philtrum got longer and my nose got really shorter too... Is this because of swelling...?;;
