Because of these issues, I’m writing a review after visiting 4 places for consultations
1. ㅌㅍㅇㅅ There was no CT scan, first a consultation with the consultant, then a consultation with the director It was just a consultation without even photos, so it didn’t really resonate with me The price was the cheapest, under 5 million won, but Rather than addressing the fundamental problems, they said it too easily like, “You can just do it this way and that way,” so I trusted them a bit less I excluded them from my list.
2. ㅍㄹㅁㅇ The price was the most expensive, in the high 8 million won range There was a separate CT scan fee of 10,000 won For functional improvement due to the deviated septum, removal of the currently inserted Gore-Tex and insertion of silicone, and autologous dermis and autologous costal cartilage for the nasal tip were recommended They said there would be a 10% discount if I wrote photo reviews for 6 months I liked the consultation with the director, but when the consultant said there would be a discount if I booked that day, I felt less inclined.
3. ㄹㅋㅋ Maybe because the director was young, he spoke very frankly and openly, so it stayed in my memory It wasn’t a CT scan, but they took camera photos During the consultation, I asked about my bulbous nose and he honestly said that it depends on the skin, but since I have thick skin, even with surgery there probably wouldn’t be a dramatic change He also talked honestly about improving functional problems first and then improving the shape as much as possible, and those frank explanations made me feel more favorable He edited my nose photo on the spot with Photoshop on the computer and showed me, saying it would be operated on with this kind of feel, so seeing it visually made it easier to understand He also kindly told me that there are posts he wrote himself on Naver Blog, and if I say I had a consultation under my name and write any questions, he would answer them He said he doesn’t use donated rib cartilage and only uses autologous costal cartilage, and said he would replace it with silicone The cost was around 7 to 8 million won There was a consultation fee of 10,000 won, and the consultant also explained things well It was a clean consultation without any gesture toward same-day booking
4. ㅁㅍㄹㅅ I made a consultation appointment because it’s a private clinic, the director has over 15 years of experience, and they only do 2 surgeries a day When I visited, they took a CT scan and also took camera photos. Maybe because the director is older and experienced, he explained the functional aspects first, and while showing me on the CT what was wrong from the first surgery, he explained how it would be improved during surgery. He mentioned removing the Gore-Tex, inserting silicone, redoing the osteotomy because of the incorrect previous osteotomy, and using autologous costal cartilage. When I showed him photos of a regular person’s well-done nose surgery case, he said it was fully possible, and for men, a straight nose with a clear, open impression is good He said with a confident tone, “If I’m not going to make it like this, why do nose surgery?” so I trusted him a bit more The consultant also showed me photos of cases similar to mine, told me it was fully possible and not to worry, and said many helpful things. She also explained aftercare well. The cost was around 6 to 7 million won
