I had full-face fat grafting done over two rounds, and I was satisfied because it looked natural right after the surgery, but it all disappeared in less than 3 months. It was the same even when I had it done again somewhere else. They say the engraftment rate for fat grafting is hit-or-miss, and I think there are people it suits and people it doesn’t. If anything, Sculptra that I got at a dermatology clinic had a more definite effect.
