I'm writing this down before I forget! I hope it can also be helpful for those who are very worried. ^_^ I had my consultations around early July. From last year to this year, I went to a total of 6 places: ㄷㅇㅇ, ㅇㄴ, ㅇㅍㅅㅌ, ㅇㄱㅂ, ㄴㅈㅎ, ㅁㅇㄷㅇ. In order from most expensive, the prices were ㄴㅈㅎ > ㅇㅍㅅㅌ, ㅁㅇㄷㅇ > ㅇㄴ > ㄷㅇㅇ. (I don't remember ㅇㄱㅂ ㅠㅠ) I chose ㅁㅇㄷㅇ because the doctor was very confident. The consultant also felt comfortable to talk to! The procedures I had are as follows. - Ultra-adherent cheekbone reduction surgery - Forehead fat grafting - Deep cheek fat and double chin liposuction - Hyalase injection to dissolve nose filler (nasal bridge, nasal tip) I had surgery today, and yesterday I stayed at the Toyoko Inn Hotel near Gangnam Station. I had to come in by 9 a.m. today, but since I'm from outside Seoul, I booked accommodation. I fasted from midnight last night! Even until I got onto the operating table, I kept thinking, is it really right to have surgery... should I quit even now... ㅠㅠ Actually, my cheekbones weren't my complex; my complexes were my forehead fat grafting and double chin, But I thought, since I'll be swollen anyway, should I just do them together...? so I ended up doing them together. And since this was my first surgery after double eyelid surgery, I felt a lot of pressure about general anesthesia... I even joked a lot with my friend, saying what if I don't wake up..^^ haha... I woke up around 8:20 in the morning, washed my hair, and showered. Since I won't be able to for a few days, I cleaned up well..^^ After drying my hair and heading out, I arrived at Made Young at 9:05! They told me to come in at 9, so I thought they would start doing something from then? But I waited about 20 to 30 minutes. For me, I think it was actually good because I could prepare myself mentally and my body also calmed down. Then around 9:30, I was assigned an inpatient room, changed clothes, and put away my belongings. I washed my face and gargled.. They took before photos, and I went to see the director. I wondered, do I have to talk a lot about the design?! But the director didn't really ask, and just said, "I'll do a good job for you, look forward to it!!" so I felt comfortable. The style I wanted was a moderate style (bring in the side cheekbones, correct asymmetry, and keep some anterior cheekbone projection), so I also didn't say much and just said yes~ For forehead fat grafting, I naturally thought they would take it from my thigh and I was scared, but the director said it seemed possible to use the fat removed from the deep cheeks and double chin, and that they would try to do it that way as much as possible. Since I don't have much fat, I thought it would be a waste if they took it from my thigh ㅠㅠ so I was glad they said they'd use what was suctioned from my cheeks! But now I'm only just starting to worry, will the engraftment rate be good? haha I met the consultant, paid, and then I think I went to the operating room. The operating table was narrower than I expected... They connected various devices to me (ECG monitor, oxygen saturation monitor? IV drip, etc.) and wrapped me up like a bundle haha Then a female doctor, who I assume was the anesthesiologist, very kindly said, "Now you'll go to sleep~~" and within 5 seconds I suddenly became dizzy like someone who had drunk 3 bottles of alcohol, so I said, "Wow, this is fascinating.. please take good care of me," and 5 seconds later I blacked out. I thought it would be a complete blackout, but I think I may have dreamed a little... I'm not really sure. The surgery started around 10:30, and when I came out it was around 1. If you exclude all the anesthesia-related time, I think it was done quickly! I came with a friend, and my friend was amazed that it finished quickly, like double eyelid surgery hahaha I recovered for about an hour from 1 to 2... At first I was dizzy, but after about 3 minutes I felt okay. I sat for a bit, then tried walking a little, and since I seemed okay, I was discharged after an hour. I drank water right before being discharged! Maybe because I didn't do the jaw area, my mouth opens surprisingly well? and I can speak well too. They say your throat hurts because of intubation, but for me it's just a scratchy feeling like someone with a sore throat? It doesn't hurt much. The surgical areas don't hurt either. So I guess that's why I feel so okay right now and am writing this review...? haha... It's still only day one.... Given the nature of facial contouring surgery, the remaining 2 weeks to 1 month will probably be much harder than the surgery day itself... Still, for now it's bearable, so I'm leaving this review. I was nervous this morning as if I were going to take the college entrance exam, but now that it's over, I feel relieved and good haha If you have questions, please leave a comment!
