The effect is really good only on the first day, and from the next day onward the fat keeps filling back in. Also, buccal fat liposuction really had no effect at all, so the cheek fat on the sides was suctioned but the buccal fat was not removed, which is why my face line is bumpy now What a mess... The clinic says it is swelling, but honestly anyone can see it is not swelling. Please think carefully
