I wanted it to become higher without looking like I had surgery, so I chose Naturalism. They used ear cartilage + donated costal cartilage to build the columellar strut, shaped the nasal tip, and advanced the nose forward to improve the short nose as well. Everyone says my face has changed, but they don’t know what changed. If I don’t tell them, they don’t even know I had nose surgery, and even after I tell them, they still can’t tell. I’m satisfied with how natural it looks
