Review after 12 years since LASEK

As soon as I turned 20, my mom took me to some ophthalmology clinic in Gangnam, and I got LASEK without thinking much about it. Before surgery, my glasses prescription was -7.5, I had severe astigmatism, and because I had high myopia, they said LASIK wasn’t possible. Afterwards, my vision in both eyes was around 0.9-1.0. My eyesight had been so bad that even right after surgery it came out as 1.0, and now when I check it, it’s still around 0.9, but subjectively I do feel like my vision has declined a little more (presbyopia?)

At the time, I had low tear volume, so I proceeded with a LASEK method where I used something like autologous serum? eye drops. No glare/halos. I do get a bit of dry eye when I’m tired, but I originally lived on artificial tears because of contact lenses, so if anything, it feels a little improved? During recovery, it hurt so much with a feeling like my cornea was being scraped, so I spent several days with tears streaming down, but even if I could go back, I’d do it again,,,
