Long nose and bulbous nose, 3-month review

Before and after after This is my review three months after receiving surgery for a long nose and bulbous nose with a custom implant! I visited 5-6 hospitals for consultations, but Director Kim Da-alm at a plastic surgery clinic pointed out all the shortcomings of my nose that bothered me, which other hospitals had not caught, and explained each plan to resolve them in detail, so I trusted the director and decided to have the surgery! And above all, all the review photos were exactly my style The price was the most expensive among the hospitals I visited but the result is what matters most... For materials, I had the nasal bridge done with custom silicone, and the nasal tip with septal cartilage + ear cartilage! At first, after removing the splint, I worried that it looked too natural, but as the swelling went down, it gradually became slimmer and is turning into the nose shape I wanted^^ It is exactly the line I saw in the reviews! My complexes used to be my low nasal bridge and nasal tip, the protruding mouth that looked more prominent because of that, and the chubby nasal tip from the front. Now my side profile is what I feel most confident about! Even when I take photos with the default camera and no makeup, compared with my old nose, my side profile comes out really pretty!! I originally planned to use donated costal cartilage, and all the hospitals I visited recommended donated costal cartilage, but in the end, the director here recommended ear cartilage, so I had surgery with ear cartilage! They lifted it beautifully, like my natural nose. The surgical skill is also truly excellent!! Even though it had only been a few days, the scar on the columella side was sutured incredibly neatly. It is also really nice that I can see the director every time I go to the clinic, and they are the most kind!!
