Before <before double eyelid surgery> After <after double eyelid surgery> Before <before double chin> After <after double chin> Review of double eyelid revision + double-chin liposuction, muscle tightening + Botox
The reason I got eye revision surgery was that I first had it done with the buried-suture method, but it came undone in less than a year. But I thought it would come undone again if I went to the same place, and I had no time, so I left it alone for years. Then I finally managed to make time and got it done after several years.
I didn’t like that it was done too thin the first time, so while going around to clinics, I said I didn’t care if it was obvious I had double eyelid surgery and that I wanted it as big as possible. But everyone said it would look too much and that they couldn’t do it, so I decided to do it at a place that said they would make the line I wanted.
It’s now been a little over 1 month, and lots of people have told me the swelling went down prettily haha. Honestly, around 2-3 weeks, I worried that maybe the line had been set too high, but now I’m satisfied. I think if a little more swelling goes down from here, it’ll look more natural, so I’m satisfied. For now, my eyes still kind of say “I got double eyelid surgery~,” but these were the eyes I wanted, so I’m very satisfied.
For the double chin, people around me said if I was going to do it anyway, it would be better to do everything at once, so I had no plans at first but ended up doing it together during the consultation. (Because of this, I mainly went around to clinics where both could be done together.) Actually, I’m satisfied with the double eyelid surgery too, but I’m even more satisfied with this. People who don’t know I did my double chin keep asking how I lost weight, and when taking photos, before I used to heavily edit my jawline with apps, but now I barely edit my jawline. Around weeks 2-3, this also looked more swollen because of the biobond, so I kept wondering if I had done it for nothing, but now I can really feel that my face shape has become slimmer when I take photos with the regular camera. My chin and neck were originally short, so I’m someone who wouldn’t get as dramatic a result as others, but even so, I think this counts as a success lol. I really think it was a good decision to get the double-chin muscle tightening when I’m lying down. Some biobond is still left, so it still hurts slightly if I touch it, but there’s no problem in daily life. At first, the pulling in my neck was pretty bad, but now that it’s been about a month, that’s gone too. The scar also doesn’t show unless I lift my head and show it, and maybe because I’ve been consistently applying scar ointment, there is a slightly raised part, but I can’t really tell. I really recommend it to people with a double chin + lots of chin fat.
