First of all, it was the most recommended place for arm liposuction, so I went for a consultation. The director was clear but kind, and gave a very thorough consultation, so I was immediately drawn to it. I had experiences where consultations at a few other hospitals felt awkward or uncomfortable because the directors were a bit scary or stiff. Also, after my previous eye surgery went wrong, I came to think that the director's response and personality during the follow-up process were important, so I had included the director's consultation attitude as a priority. The consultation was confident yet convincing, so I leaned toward this place and chose it. It was very expensive, but above all, I am satisfied with the surgical result. The manager was neither kind nor unkind. However, I could feel that it made no difference to them whether I had the surgery or not, and there was no warmth.
