Can you tell with the naked eye whether it’s swelling or scar tissue? Especially both sides above the nasal ala feel like they’re tightly swollen and also kind of firm, so I’m really worried I went to the hospital today for a follow-up and asked if the swelling would go down more by one month, but the director touched it and told me to come back in 3 weeks, and suddenly mentioned scar tissue injections too.. I had a revision surgery with an open incision, autologous rib cartilage nasal tip surgery, and alar reduction. I’m satisfied with my side profile, but from the front and when viewed from under the nose, it looks bulky. The overall swelling seems to have gone down, but I’m worried because my nose has become fat-looking. Please help me, seniors
