I went around for revision consultations mainly at clinics known for natural-looking noses (including the three major removal clinics), and almost all of them recommended going implant-free.
At one clinic, they even firmly said silicone would definitely lead to contracture (Out of nowhere? I didn’t use silicone for my first surgery either, and I wasn’t looking into revision because of inflammation.. Anyway, those words really stuck with me)
At another place, they even said it would be better to do the revision when I’m fully decided on removing implants altogether..
Except for a couple of places, they recommended no implant. (I’m planning to avoid dermis as much as possible)
If several experienced specialists are saying this, then I guess this must be the best option..?
But the catch is that I want to put in silicone because I feel like my nasal bridge will become flat lol
