First of all, mine was completely genetic, and I had it since I was very young, maybe kindergarten? When I smiled, the lump under my aegyo-sal stressed me out a lot when I was a student. When I went to plastic surgery clinics for other areas, every director at every place said, more than anything else, you need under-eye fat repositioning... and recommended it lolololol I think about five of them said thatㅜㅜ
So I had it done at a place with a director who had a very long career! +I don't really recommend the hospital where I had it done+ When I first had it done, the under-eye fat on the left side (this side was much larger) only shrank a little and didn't disappear, so I eventually got a free AS and had revision surgery on just one sideㅜ The final result turned out well, but I was extremely annoyed that they couldn't get rid of it in one go... wasted time... two surgeries... It felt like they were too careless with the pre- and post-op checks... It's fine now because it turned out well, but at the time I thought I had chosen the wrong hospital. I don't really want to recommend it!
Anyway, even though I had surgery twice, I'm very satisfied with the final result!! They repositioned my genetically more severe under-eye fat very cleanly. My skin is on the darker side, so it didn't become dramatically brighter, but my impression really looks clean and refined... When I smile too, the fat that used to look unsightly is now gone, and only the aegyo-sal remains very neatlyㅜㅜ For people stressed because of under-eye fat, I really hope you get it done soon... Mine was genetically severe, and I'm in my early 20s now, but I regret not just getting it done as soon as I became an adultㅜ
