I was looking into this hospital because I wanted a glamorous eye shape, and the consultation with the doctor was pleasant, but as soon as I entered the hospital, without checking my name, I was told to take before-and-after comparison photos, so I took the photos and was guided straight to the consultation room. It turned out they had mistaken me for a patient they were supposed to see before mine.. lol So I could see the consultant getting angry at the person at the front desk, which made me feel a bit uncomfortable lol Anyway, while I was sitting in the consultation room and waiting, when I first consulted with that consultant, the atmosphere was cheerful. Then I consulted with the director.. The downside was honestly the pressure to book. It was uncomfortable, but since I had originally gone there because I wanted eye surgery there, I let it go. Then I had a question and asked for a second consultation, but they showed that they disliked it, and I was dumbfounded too. The deposit was 200,000 won tied up, and since they said it couldn’t be canceled, I figured I’d just think of it as money lost. But of course I’m paying my own money and I think it’s right to have enough consultation before surgery, so I wondered why they acted annoyed and awkward about it. The reviews on this community also vary a lot, so I’m planning to record the consultation when I go back for a second one.
Anyway.. if there’s someone who’s gone there and it worked out well, don’t be intimidated and I hope you go. I wasn’t intimidated and said everything I wanted to say, so I don’t really have any regrets..
